Position: Remote Human Resources Assistant for a new mental health start up project Location: London, UK Compensation: Expenses for travel, covered for the time being, with the potential for future employment. We are an exciting new start-up focused on mental and holistic wellness, and we are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our small remote team as a Human Resources Assistant. This role will be essential in supporting the operations of our organisation, with the potential to evolve into a full or part-time position. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Maintain facilitator records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. - Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new facilitators, preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. - Process facilitator changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. - Assist with the administration of facilitator benefits, including researching, enrolment, changes, and inquiries. - Respond to facilitator inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. - Aid in performance management processes, including scheduling and tracking performance reviews. - Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed. - Assist in planning and coordinating facilitator events and activities. - Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience preferred but not essential in a HR support role. - Familiarity with HR policies and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
