The Process Lead is responsible for the Daily Management System (DMS) processes and utilising structured problem-solving techniques, which supports and helps build employee skills and capability. Own and develop the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines, driving performance and efficiency.
Lead the exciting challenge of identifying equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
Drive significant impact by eliminating machine losses, optimising changeover procedures, and enhancing daily line performance.
