Week days £13.50ph
Saturdays £14.25 ph
Sundays £15.00 ph

The Role
To support people to live as independently as possibly.
Assist with all activities of daily living, including personal care through to complex care.
Facilitate in and accompany on day trips and in fun activities.
Assist with the preparation of meals and or other food and drink.
Sitting and companionship services.
Assist out in the community such as taking service users to essential appointments and assist with everyday activities such as shopping or medication collections.
Undertake light housework tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, washing, ironing, and dusting.
Maintain clear and accurate records.
Ensure health, safety and well-being of the service users and themselves.
Maintain regular and courteous contact with the branch manager.
The Requirements
Reliable with an excellent work ethic.
Provide the highest standards of care and support.
Respect the individuality and confidentiality of the service users.
Respect the service user’s independence and authority, be mindful of their wishes and to always treat them with fairness and courtesy.
Ensure and adhere to strict standards of health and safety thereby ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the service users and themselves at all times.
Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Have a valid driving licence, own transport with business insurance
Desired Skills
Previous experience is advantageous, however not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
Excellent communications skills – good standard of spoken and written English.
