The Ideal Candidate
* Proven track record in IT recruitment across the UK or Europe
* Possess the necessary gravitas for such a position
* Experience in growing and developing a team would be ideal
* Successful in representing a brand across C-Level
* Previous track record of growing a sustainable profitable business area essential
* Previous experience in being a mentor
* Possess the drive and enthusiasm to motivate your team
