Pay: £85 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
A welcoming primary school in Pimlico is seeking a dedicated and proactive SEN LSA to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential for extension or permanent placement for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, providing one-to-one and small-group support to help them access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their personal goals. You'll work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to ensure every child receives the tailored support they deserve.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
