Sales Manager We are partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking engineering firm delivering cutting edge solutions to a diverse global customer base. Based in Co Tyrone, this role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with international markets and involves regular travel to key territories. The successful candidate will be working closely with the sales and aftersales teams, taking responsibility for all aspects of the sales process. The Sales Manager will be responsible for: Working with assigned Dealers to drive sales within a defined sales territory. Achieving company growth targets for both new and existing product ranges. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all product features and benefits and attending relevant sales training sessions. Conducting ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities for current and future products. Building and managing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through regular customer engagement, site visits, and communication. Gathering and conveying customer and Dealer feedback on existing products and services to the engineering and marketing teams. Ensuring high levels of Dealer and end user satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong relationships. Promoting the brand and identifying opportunities for business growth in target markets. Utilising the company CRM system to manage schedules, record customer interactions, and track sales opportunities. What you will need to have for the Sales Manager role: Having proven experience in managing Dealer accounts. Demonstrating strong knowledge of business development, product marketing, and sales principles. Showing excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills. Being proficient in sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel. Displaying strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Communicating effectively with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail. Prioritising workload and meeting tight deadlines through effective time and travel management. Working calmly and professionally under pressure.
