The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an Apprenticeship tutor/assessor to work 4 days per week within our highly motivated and busy team located within the Southwest of England. We would love to meet an individual who is outgoing and motivated, with a true passion for educating the next generation. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and invested to contribute, coordinate, plan and deliver education located within our salons and Hubs. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver all aspects of the apprenticeship including functional skills, theory and practical in-line with both the awarding body requirements and TONI&GUY education - Monitoring progress, carrying out reviews and developing individual learning plans with apprentices - Monitor the health and safety in salons where apprentices are employed - Adhere to the companies policies and procedures including safeguarding Requirements: - Relevant assessor qualifications - A minimum one year’s experience of assessing/teaching in hairdressing - Excellent organisational, administration, IT and communication skills - The ability to work self-sufficiently to manage and meet deadlines - The ability to support apprentices in the achievement of their qualification - Must hold a full UK driving license to travel to various locations Desirable but not essential: - Teaching qualifications - Experience and knowledge of delivering functional skills - TONI&GUY hairdressing experience What we Offer: - £26,000 to £29,000 salary pro rata based on the level of experience and qualifications held - 30 days holiday per year pro rata (excluding bank holidays) - Company travel expenses - Company Pension Scheme - Hybrid working when not in salons/hubs - Continuous professional development - Attendance at company events At TONI&GUY, we believe that skills, potential, passion for hairdressing come in various forms and we're proud of our diverse and inclusive workplace.
