* Highfield Level 2 Retrofit Principles (RQF)
* CSCS Green Labourer Card (Pearson VUE test included)
Practical Training
* Handling construction & utilities materials
* Safe cutting techniques and tool use
* Manual handling used in real site environments
* Using thermal cameras to detect heat loss
* Understanding building performance & defects
Direct route into employment
You’ll be put forward for roles such as:
* Construction Operative
* Civils Labourer
* Utilities Operative
* Retrofit Installer
Interviews arranged within 2–4 weeks of completion.
