New Partner Experience Advisor (Italian Speaking)
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data‑led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast‑paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
We’re looking for a New Partner Experience Advisor to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link for our Italian partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long‑term success.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the New Partner Experience (NPX) team. We work cross‑functionally with Sales and Account Managers to ensure our newest partners have a smooth journey, helping them navigate our systems and maximise their growth from day one.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
* Lead Partner Success: Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed Italian restaurants, ensuring they hit key operational metrics and KPIs during their critical first 60 days.
* Consult on Growth: Educate partners on how to make their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume.
* Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the bridge between your restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world‑class.
* Build Lasting Trust: Manage high‑quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building the engagement and trust necessary for a long‑term partnership.
* Operational Excellence: Adhere to daily targets and quality standards, maintaining meticulous administrative records in our systems to ensure compliance and task completion.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
* Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Strong Communication: An excellent phone presence with the confidence to lead regular outbound calls and the empathy to listen to partner needs.
* Target‑Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office software; while not essential, knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
* Emotional Intelligence: The ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges with a proactive, “get up and go” attitude.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience in account management, sales, or high‑level customer service.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced startup or technology environment.
