Mobile Head of Kitchen
Location: Covering Bury St Edmunds, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Sudbury, Newmarket, Diss.
Hours: 25 hours per week, 38.6 Weeks per year
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT, DRIVING LICENCE & BUSINESS INSURANCE
£13.77 per hour & Mileage @35p per mile and travel time paid.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Head of Kitchen to join our team in Ipswich and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and preparing all food items to a high standard while traveling to various locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading kitchen operations and staff
2. Preparing and cooking food items
3. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
4. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
5. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
6. Traveling to different locations within the West Suffolk region
Requirements:
7. Level 2 Food Certification (training for Level 3 will be provided)
8. Must have own transport
9. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
10. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
