Based at Cardale Park in Harrogate, we are an family run independent research company that conducts customer satisfaction follow up calls on behalf of car dealers to help them gain understanding and improve customer satisfaction levels. Our client base includes some of the best-established names in motor retailing.

We are now looking for focused, enthusiastic, and upbeat candidates to join our Research Centre team.
Responsibilities
· Making customer satisfaction telephone calls for the automotive industry
· Taking customers through a series of questions gaining customer responses
· Entering customer responses onto an in – house system to accurately record insight
· Representing premium brands in a professional manner
· Providing excellent customer service at all times
Skill
Full training and support will be provided but the ideal candidate must be able to easily multi-task, have excellent communication, and active listening skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Hours
3pm to 7pm Monday - Thursday / 1pm to 5pm Friday
