Your Profile
Our ideal candidate will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:
4. A background in transforming manufacturing and/or supply chain operations to deliver a step-change in performance;
5. Experience in leading the implementation of digital technologies to manufacturing and/or supply chain operations;
6. A passion for leading operational improvements with a focus on employee engagement and empowerment;
7. A curiosity about the use of digital technologies and an interest in how these can be used for “triple bottom line” improvements;
8. Strong business acumen with the ability to develop persuasive business cases that drive investment and organisational change.
9. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions;
10. Experience of proposition building and delivery; and
11. Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or with experience in a blue-chip industrial company.
