Overview
Senior Care Assistant - Care Home at TieTalent. You will look after the different needs of our residents to enable delivery of quality, person-centred care and support. Your role involves supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You may also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. As with everyone here, you will respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.
About You / Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join as a Senior Care Assistant
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing individualised care and support
