Japanese Speaking Content Editor & Writer (web3)
We’re looking for a Japanese-speaking Content Editor & Writer (web3) to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality, evergreen content and managing web3 projects from end to end. You will also manage a small pool of freelancers, optimize on-page SEO in collaboration with the SEO and content teams, and drive results with initiative.

Responsibilities
* Write long SEO articles (how-tos, price predictions, reviews, comparisons, rankings).
* SEO optimisation of new and existing content (adding links, keywords, updating meta descriptions, etc).
* Edit and update existing pages following guidance from the SEO team/lead editor (from updating sections to full page rewrites).
* Track GA4 and Google Search Console for proposed improvements.
* Analyze search intent and SERP gaps to produce H1/H2/H3 outlines.
* Brief, assign, coach, and review freelancers; provide structured feedback and edits.
* Work well under tight deadlines and switch priority tasks as required.
* Communicate via Slack and Monday.com.
Qualifications
* Proven SEO writing experience in the web3 field.
* End-to-end SEO content workflow experience: outline → writing → edit → publish → SEO optimization as needed.
* Hands-on WordPress publishing experience.
* English skills sufficient to communicate with a global team.
* Strong fact-checking and citations.
* Freelance contributor management experience (briefing, reviewing, deadline control).
* Ability to manage a site and drive results proactively.
* Remote self-management, reliable delivery, and responsive Slack communication.
* Working knowledge of GA4/GSC/Ahrefs for interpreting traffic, rankings, and CTR.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience operating a web3 media or blog (company or personal) with monetization wins (affiliate CVs, email sign-ups, CRO).
