As a Petrol Station Manager, you'll work with a small team of Section Leader's and Colleague's to drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs. You'll be the key driver of compliance adherence and ensure the petrol station is run safely at all times. You'll be passionate about motivating colleague's and creating an operation that keeps customers coming back. You'll support Asda's pricing strategy and keep costs low.
