What you will do

* Engage in direct work with children and families, using your wisdom to teach and guide less experienced team members.
* Support kinship carers and the dedicated pre-birth team, ensuring comprehensive care provision.
* Work closely with one point early help and innovative family hubs to provide holistic child and family support.
* Share knowledge and experiences with students and new social workers, contributing to a nurturing learning environment.
