Gucci Business Manager - Selfridges - Manchester Trafford Centre GUCCI BUSINESS MANAGER SELFRIDGES 3, TRAFFORD CENTRE FULL TIME - 37.5 HOURS A WEEK (Flexible options available) You will be the driving force behind the Gucci business in Selfridges Trafford, responsible for leading a team of beauty experts, delivering sales performance, and ensuring flawless brand execution on counter. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE As our Business Manager, you play a critical role in leading the Gucci team to deliver sales targets, elevate customer experience, and uphold the highest retail excellence standards. You will ensure strong team performance, exceptional artistry, and perfect execution of Coty guidelines. You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage: 1 - Sales & Business Performance Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coach, motivate, and empower the team to exceed KPIs. Monitor performance, report insights, and ensure commercial awareness. Build relationships with customers to influence, sell, and upsell. Maintain full understanding of Coty business performance and competitor activity. 2 - People Leadership & Brand Ambassadorship Lead by example and uphold Gucci luxury standards. Manage, mentor and develop the Assistant Business Manager and two Brand Ambassadors. Ensure grooming, uniform, and artistry excellence across the team. Create a positive, inclusive, and ambitious team environment. Champion Coty values and protect brand equity at all times. 3 - Operational & Visual Excellence Ensure flawless execution of VM guidelines. Use iPad tools for communication, reporting and compliance. Maintain perfect counter hygiene and stock presentation. Partner with Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Education, and NAM teams. Ensure all Coty operational processes are delivered consistently.
