What you will do on a typical day:
* Support the Administration Manager, along with the Operations Management team in the daily management of the B&Q Store to Home project
* Ensure weekly KPIs, payroll is completed accurately and on time, supporting other Administrators where necessary
* Create and manage the weekly rotas for Drivers and Drivers Mates, including booking agency personnel and manage absences, and daily changes in the shifts plan
* Daily management of the agency register and its issues tracker
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Good working knowledge of MS Office programs and highly proficient in MS Excel
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organised, efficient, adaptable, and able to deliver high levels of customer service
* Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a desire to continually strive for improvement
