Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Helpdesk Operator (Nights) to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent night role, 40 hours per week from 21:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday.
The role
* To provide a professional Helpdesk service to the Hospital and Equans E&S contracts
* To receive calls in hours and out of hours with a professional manner
* To support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete
* To provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs
* To provide administration support to the department
* Working nights 40 hours per week from 21:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday with a one hour paid break
The person
* Must have experience of providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
* Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
* Well organised and able to prioritise workload
* Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment
* Knowledge of a CAFM system (Maximo) desirable
