About the role
We are looking for a primary‑trained teacher with expertise in special educational needs, ideally with a focus on communication and interaction to take on the role of Resource Provision Lead, with TLR responsibility for leading and line managing our intervention provision.
We are opening a brand new resource provision, initially with approximately 18 KS3 students, in September, with the view and ambition that this will be full, including KS4 within two years.
As the lead of this provision, you will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, facilitate a positive learning environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. The role specifically provides high‑quality teaching and support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) whose primary need is communication and interaction.
The role includes delivering personalised learning, supporting inclusion within mainstream classrooms, and working collaboratively with staff, families and external professionals.
You will benefit from a strong network of support, including close working with the Local Authority, partnership with our sponsor special school, access to high‑quality CPD and guidance from our Associate Director of SEND.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Primary‑trained teacher.
* Expertise in special educational needs, ideally with a focus on communication and interaction.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
