As Chef de Partie, you’ll be part of a passionate, elite team producing stunning tasting menus from the finest luxury seasonal ingredients. You’ll take full ownership of your section, ensuring every element of prep and service is completed to the exacting Michelin standard. This is a Chef de Partie role for someone who demands the best from themselves every single service. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie with previous Michelin or 2 rosette experience, real passion for excellence, and the drive to be part of something truly special. Live-in accommodation may be available for the right candidate.
