About The Role
As a Client Manager, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives through high‑quality account management.
Responsibilities
* Manage and close renewal opportunities with existing customers, ensuring timely follow‑up and maintaining strong client relationships to support retention and growth, while achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
* Identify account issues and needs, and demonstrate the business value of LexisNexis products.
* Ensure customer experience aligns with agreed targets in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
* Adhere to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording methods and targets.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to provide trend feedback that shapes go‑to‑market actions.
* Educate customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.
Requirements
* Results‑ and target‑driven with a self‑motivated attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, along with strong time‑management and planning abilities.
* Ability to spot commercial opportunities, leveraging data, insight and proven sales methodology to close deals.
* Experience in a B2B sales/customer service environment where retaining and growing customers is a priority.
* Team player who collaborates effectively with other departments.
