The Role
You’ll join as a Graduate Consultant and be trained to become a full 360° Executive Search professional. You’ll be:
* Interviewing high-calibre candidates, understanding their goals, motivations, and matching them to career-defining opportunities.
* Building relationships with senior-level clients, learning what drives their businesses and helping shape their leadership teams.
* Headhunting and engaging top-tier talent, often for hard-to-fill or retained executive positions.
* Becoming a market expert, diving deep into the sectors you cover and building a strong personal brand.
* Negotiating offers and contracts, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and candidates.

The Package
* Base salary starting from £26,000
* Commission of up to 60% on fees

This role is based in our Leeds office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting.
