Join Inspire as a Volunteer Support Administrator and become a vital part of the Chorley team that supports people on their journey to change their lives for the better. Purpose of the Role: As a Volunteer Support Administrator, you’ll help support our service running smoothly by supporting communication between staff, service users, and partner agencies. From answering calls and booking appointments to sending letters and maintaining records, your contribution will help ensure that everyone receives the support they need—when they need it. Key Activities: Greet and assist service users and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries Book appointments and manage schedules using our electronic diary system Send letters and correspondence to service users and partner agencies Carry out general office duties: photocopying, filing, scanning Maintain accurate records on our case management systems Provide basic information and signposting to service users What You’ll Gain: On-the-job training and support Experience of supporting administration team on reception Improved communication, IT, and organisational skills The satisfaction of helping others and being part of a supportive team What We’re Looking For: Good verbal and written communication skills Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) Organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team Respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries A positive attitude and willingness to learn Join Us: At Change Grow Live, we believe in the power of people to change.
