In this role, your day‑to‑day will include generating new business, arranging and attending property viewings, speaking with landlords and tenants, negotiating lets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation & Working Hours
* £25,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training Journey
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
* Purpose‑built training location
* Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
* Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
* Fully‑paid hotel stay during training
* Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during stay
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue training and development, receiving close support from a mentor
