Specialist Success Associate
Location: Dumfries
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Specialist Success Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing support via email, phone, and live chat. You’ll manage a defined customer group, triage inbound queries, and proactively engage to ensure satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver top-tier customer support across multiple channels.
2. Manage and maintain customer relationships within a defined business area.
3. Triage and escalate queries to the appropriate teams.
4. Keep customers informed and updated on progress.
5. Identify and suggest process improvements.
6. Participate in training to enhance product and business knowledge.
7. Stay current with product updates and internal communications.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Experience in customer service or internal sales within a commercial, sales-focused environment.
9. Educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent.
10. Knowledge of the veterinary profession or animal health market is a plus.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
