We are looking for a skilled Asbestos Analyst to join our Asbestos Engineering Services Laboratory team in Cornwall. The role is primarily analyst-based, with the opportunity to take on a dual role as an Analyst/Surveyor for candidates holding the relevant qualifications.
You’ll work across Cornwall and the South West, providing high-quality asbestos testing, air monitoring, and consultancy services for a wide client base including local authorities, housing providers, and private companies.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct air monitoring and fibre counting in accordance with HSE guidance (HSG248)
*
Carry out four-stage clearance procedures and produce accurate, timely reports
*
Support clients with compliance advice and recommendations
*
(Dual-role opportunity) – Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
*
Maintain excellent health & safety standards on-site at all times
About You
You’ll bring proven experience in asbestos analysis, with the ability to work independently on-site and deliver accurate, reliable results.
Qualifications (essential):

BOHS P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
