About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Audio-Visual Technician to join our London studio. You will work closely with our production and creative teams to ensure all visual and audio systems perform flawlessly in both studio and live recording environments.
You will handle recording setup, audio capture, sound mixing, lighting, and digital equipment maintenance, supporting music production sessions, podcasts, and promotional content creation.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate recording, audio, and visual equipment in the studio and on location.
* Support live sound capture, voice recording, and synchronisation of audio-visual media.
* Maintain and troubleshoot studio hardware, microphones, cameras, lighting, and control desks.
* Assist producers and engineers during recording, mixing, and post-production sessions.
* Collaborate with artists and content teams to ensure top-quality sound and visual delivery.
* Manage file backups, data transfers, and session organisation.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience in audio-visual production, sound engineering, or related field.
* Proficiency with DAWs (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton) and video tools (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
* Strong understanding of microphones, lighting rigs, and studio signal flow.
* Knowledge of audio interfaces, patching, and live sound systems.
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced creative environments.
