As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. Role: Accounts Assistant
Term: Temp
Start: ASAP
Location: Swanley (free parking/10 minute walk from station)
Pay: £14.00 - £16.50 per hour / £27K - £32K
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm / 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities
* Process sales invoices accurately and promptly, approx 50 per day
* Maintain the sales ledger and ensure all entries are up-to-date
* Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Assist with month-end closing processes
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in an Accounts role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in using accounting software, in particular Quickbooks
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
