Customer Service Advisor – Severn Trent (via Morson Talent)
Location: Wrexham
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (between 8am–5:30pm)
Contract: 12 months (with strong potential to go permanent)
Rate: £13.20 per hour
Start Date: 1st September 2025
About the Role
Morson Talent is proud to be partnering with Severn Trent to recruit two Customer Service Advisors for their Wrexham site.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp, supporting them with a range of billing enquiries. We are looking for confident communicators with a proactive, customer-first approach who can handle queries with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from customers
* Provide accurate information on billing queries
* Record and update customer interactions on internal systems
* Communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
* A curious mindset – not afraid to ask questions or seek support
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
* Ability to multitask and stay organised
* Welsh language skills are a bonus but not essential
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday only – no weekends or bank holidays
* Choice of shifts: 8:00am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Includes 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
* Overtime may be available and is paid at the standard rate
Training and Onboarding
* 2–3 weeks of in-house training in a classroom-style and office-based environment
* Full support provided to help you settle into the role
