Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Installation Team
Salary: £39,000 base + company van + overtime after 50 hours/week + travel time + accommodation & subsistence covered
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £50,000
Location: UK-wide travel required (regular overnight stays - all expenses paid). Ideal base: Midlands / Coventry area.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our specialist installation team, delivering bespoke material handling systems across the UK. This role suits someone mechanically minded, with a strong work ethic, and happy to be away from home for extended periods.
You'll be involved in the installation, commissioning, repair, and decommissioning of a wide variety of custom‑built systems, including:
* Conveyors
* Cranes
* Automated storage systems
* Racking and other material handling equipment
What the Role Involves
* Nationwide installation projects on customer sites
* Working as part of a mobile team installing and supporting complex engineered systems
* Extended periods away from home (accommodation and meals paid for)
* Hands‑on mechanical installation, repairs, and site work
* Liaising with integrators and end clients to deliver high‑quality solutions
Who This Role Would Suit

* Mechanical installation engineers
