We are looking for Bank Admin Staff available for at least 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please only apply if you can cover these hours. This exciting opportunity is open within clinical inpatient, community services, and non-clinical areas across The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. If you have recent experience working in a busy office environment with excellent communication and administrative skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you. Applicants should have proven administrative experience, GCSEs Grade C or above in English and Math, and knowledge of NHS specialist software such as PAS, Choose and Book, Employee Online, and Health Roster. Skills in handling large volumes of emails and calls, face-to-face patient and colleague interaction, troubleshooting queries, and data entry are also desirable.
