£35,270 - £39,542, assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month
Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes involves engaging in the daily lives of young people, supporting them through high and low moments. Our shift leaders help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. The role is rewarding but challenging, with opportunities to celebrate small victories that make a big difference.
Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for positive outcomes. Shift leaders are motivated by making small positive impacts and celebrating these achievements.
Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth daily operations and create positive memories for young people.
* Support and lead staff teams, stepping in as deputy for the Team Leader when needed.
* Build relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and leadership.

* Sleep-ins: Up to 4 per month, paid at £80 each, plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance (assuming good attendance)

Candidate Qualities
