Customer Service Advisor\n\nRed Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Banbury for our client who specialise in easy monthly instalments for auto service and repair, extended warranty subscriptions, dental, veterinary and more.\n\nThe role will independently work customer complaints from beginning to end, including full investigation and resolution in line with Company policies, process, FCA guidelines and the Consumer Rights Act. \n\nThe hourly rate for this role is £12.21 and is a temporary position.\n\nBenefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:\n\nSalary: £12.21 per hour\nHours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm\nContract Type: Temporary \nLocation: Banbury\nSmart, Casual dress\nCompany events\nCompany pension\nReferral programme\nTransport links\nTraining provided on siteKey Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:\n\nAcknowledge receipt of complaints via letter, email, or phone from customers, Financial Ombudsman Service or other agencies and record them on relevant databases.\nDealing with customers about their upcoming payments or accounts.\nDeal with customer queries looking to resolve them at first instance. \nMaintain active communications with all stakeholders, seeking to always manage expectations.
