Job Description:
The customer account manager is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with its customers. They build long-term relationships, meet targets, handle calls to maximize sales and provide excellent customer service. They address issues promptly, monitor credit limits, and ensure timely payments. Effective communication with other departments and ongoing training are essential.
The role operates on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. After training, it offers a hybrid working model: from home on Mondays and Fridays, and onsite at Middlesbrough sales offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (working from home 08:30-12:30).
The salary ranges from £25,000 to £32,000 plus performance bonuses, depending on experience, along with benefits listed below.
