We are looking for an experienced and driven 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our IT Support & Consultancy business based in North London.

They are based in purpose-built offices in Finchley and currently have 20 employees. They are looking for an experienced and driven 2nd Line Support Analyst to join the team.
Qualifications/Experience:
Must Have
5. 3 years as an IT Support Engineer or similar role using Microsoft Technologies
6. Hands on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
7. Microsoft Office 365 including Teams & Exchange Online – Advanced
8. Mail Security – Advanced
9. Microsoft SharePoint – Advanced
10. Microsoft & Windows Infrastructure – Advanced
11. Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS) – Advanced
12. Routing, switching & firewall rules – Advanced
13. Microsoft Azure Platform – Intermediate
14. VPN – Intermediate
15. VOIP Configuration – Intermediate
Desirable:
16. Relevant Certifications (e.g. MCP, MCSE, ITIL)
17. Degree in relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems)
18. Linux Systems
Non-Technical Skills:
19. Proven track record of collaborative solutions delivery
20. Commercial awareness for all “aaS” models
21. Services led project management
22. Experience in ISO 27001 standards and Cyber Essentials Plus standards
23. Documents and project writing abilities

Remuneration & Work Hours:
35. Full-Time
36. Office & home based (to be discussed further at interview)
37. Must be willing to travel to clients
38. 8-hour shift to be worked within core hours of 8:30 and 18:00
39. Shift assignment would be discussed further at interview
40. £28K - 35k per annum based on experience
