The role involves producing high-quality components, carrying out self-inspection, and maintaining safe working practices on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Operate and program 5-axis CNC milling machines (Siemens control). Set and machine components independently. Carry out quality checks against engineering drawings. Maintain machine efficiency records. Perform routine safety, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks. Skills & Experience Time-served machining apprenticeship. Strong CNC milling experience, including programming. Ability to use manual machinery and lifting equipment. Good mechanical and numerical skills. Competencies Adaptability and proactive approach.
