Location

Based in our newly refurbished Contact Centre in Stoke‑on‑Trent, the role is situated in a spacious, well‑equipped environment designed for sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell across Vodafone’s mobile and converged product portfolio.
* Use solution selling to differentiate Vodafone from competitors and align solutions to customer goals.
* Generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work toward achieving key sales and performance targets.
* Manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
* Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end‑to‑end, high‑quality experience.
* Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve processes.
* Embrace change and adapt to evolving customer needs while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
* Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing Vodafone Business customers, ensuring they stay engaged and supported.
