Recruitment and Resourcing Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to support our Expert Witness and Recovery services. The role involves detailed analysis of construction projects in the UK and internationally and plays a key part in the delivery of expert quantum reports and strategic commercial advice.


Responsibilities

* Assist quantum experts in delivering expert quantum reports for adjudication, litigation, and other dispute resolution.
* Work with contract and commercial specialists to provide strategic advice to clients whose projects and major programmes are in commercial distress.
* Conduct forensic and exploratory analysis of construction projects, resisting scrutiny and providing high‑standard outputs.
* Lead the drafting of detailed expert witness reports for formal dispute resolution proceedings.
* Provide direction to staff on specific tasks and support the interface with clients and consultants throughout project stages.
* Champion the Contract Services delivered by Turner & Townsend within the industry.


Qualifications

* Relevant construction and engineering industry experience of at least 10 years.
* A construction‑related degree qualification and/or legal qualification.
* Demonstrated success leading the pursuit of claims throughout the supply chain.
* Deep knowledge of construction contracts, the law, and the construction industry.
* Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
* Experience with quantity surveying and commercial management tools such as BCIS, Cost‑X, CEMAR.
* Ability to independently manage, adapt to others’ working methods, and value transparency and collaboration.
* Experience developing contract and commercial strategies to recover distressed projects or major programmes.
* Experience reviewing project records to establish quantum associated with claims or disputes.
* Strong drafting skills for expert witness reports and strategic advice documentation.
* Knowledge of developments within the technical area of expertise.
* Experience providing direction to staff and supporting client and consultant interfaces across project stages.
