This 360 role is ideal for someone with a background in education, recruitment, or sales who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. * Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educators. * Source, screen, and place teaching and support staff across the UK. * Provide expert advice on recruitment trends and best practice in education.
