Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team and help our pupils achieve their very best.
About the Role

As our new SEN Primary Teacher, you’ll inspire, support, and engage children through creative and hands-on teaching approaches. You’ll adapt lessons to meet individual learning styles, celebrate small victories, and help pupils grow in confidence and independence.
You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative school community that values wellbeing, creativity, and inclusion at every step.
You will:
 1. Deliver engaging, creative lessons across a broad range of primary subjects.
 2. Personalise learning to meet the unique needs, abilities, and interests of every pupil.
 3. Foster independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
 4. Collaborate with a talented and supportive team that shares your passion for inclusion, growth, and excellence.
About You
You’re calm, adaptable, and full of positivity. You see the potential in every child and believe that with the right support, every pupil can thrive.
You’ll Bring:
 5. A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
 6. A Full UK Driving Licence.
 7. A creative, flexible approach to delivering engaging primary lessons.
 8. A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
 9. Experience in SEN or ASC settings – desirable but not essential!

Napier School is a brand-new school, part of Options Autism. Napier School is a primary school for pupils with autism, learning disabilities and/or complex needs located in Farnborough, a town in northeast Hampshire, England.
Our aim is to help pupils excel by providing a structured, nurturing approach, with students accessing a broad, balanced, engaging and extraordinarily rich curriculum.
For over 19 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults.
