Vehicle Technician - Working for one of the UKs largest franchise Main Dealers
1. OTE - up to £40,000.00
2. Performance related bonus
3. Generous annual leave: 33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays

Our client is a well renowned car dealership with sites located across the UK. They are currently looking to add an experienced Vehicle Technician to their ever-growing team. The Ideal candidate will have 2 years+ previous experience of the vehicle technician role, a Level 2 OR 3 qualification and MOT qualifications would be desirable. A full UK license with less than 6 points is needed.
Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
5. Performing diagnostic tests and identifying faults in vehicles
6. Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including servicing, brakes, suspension, and engine work
7. Completing work to a high standard and in a timely manner
8. Using diagnostic equipment and computer systems to diagnose vehicle problems
9. Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
10. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationship
Requirements for the successful Vehicle Technician:
11. Level 2 or 3 Diploma / City & Guilds in vehicle mechanics or proven equivalent experience
12. Previous experience of a similar position
13. Full UK Clean Driving License (preferably clean)
14. Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
15. Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
16. The ability to work as part of a strong and well-established team
17. MOT qualifications are desirable
