Job Description
3. Supervise the credit control team to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
4. Monitor and manage outstanding debts to achieve collection targets.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
6. Develop and implement effective credit control processes and policies.
7. Prepare and analyse credit reports for management review.
8. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in credit management.
9. Support the Accounting & Finance department with relevant administrative tasks.
10. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:
