6 Month Contract - MARKET & CONSUMER INSIGHTS MANAGER - experience within beauty Location: Central London - hybrid working 3 days in office Salary: £70,000 (pro rata) The Role This senior position will influence our client's insights into consumer behaviour, brand perception, and market trends, leading to more informed decision-making and improving the effectiveness of marketing strategies for our client's brands. Key Responsibilities Lead qualitative & quantitative research to uncover consumer insights Analyse sales data, market trends & competition to shape brand strategy Deliver clear, strategic reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders Track brand performance & sentiment through dashboards and KPIs Drive insight-led decision making across marketing & business functions Collaborate with teams globally to support initiatives in skincare & wellness Provide regular performance reviews and market diagnostics Ideal Experience & Skills Proven background in marketing, brand, or consumer insights – retail preferred Strong experience across multiple categories, particularly skincare & wellness Skilled in using analytics tools (Circana, Nielsen, Kantar, Power BI) Ability to distil complex data into strategic recommendations Strong communication & stakeholder influencing skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment Detail-oriented with an understanding of the luxury consumer space Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus) Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
