We are partnered with a successful and growing multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the payroll & benefits manager & senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees. Key responsibilities of the role include Assisting the payroll & benefits team with outsourced processing of monthly payroll for UK and EMEA countries Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider - checking output provided and making corrections Assist with the administration of employee benefits for the UK including cycle to work, PMI, pension and season ticket loans Acting as a main point of contact for complex payroll & benefit queries Support with the administration of EMEA benefit schemes Experienced required Strong UK & EMEA payroll experience Knowledge of statutory entitlements Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously A keenness progress and develop payroll career Experience of Workday is desirable On offer is flexibility for hybrid working and a competitive benefits package including 25 days annual leave and a 10% non-contributory pension scheme.
