Job Title: Stroke Consultant
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate: £130 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Consultant to join our client’s team in Liverpool, Merseyside. This role offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, providing exceptional stroke care. Candidates with a strong background in stroke management and a passion for patient care are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and manage stroke patients, leading emergency care delivery.
* Oversee inpatient and outpatient stroke services.
* Provide clinical leadership to develop stroke services and implement national initiatives.
* Participate in clinical governance, audits, and research activities.
* Teach and train multidisciplinary teams, stroke team members, and medical students to uphold high clinical standards.
Requirements:
* Registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
* Must be on the Specialist Register or in the Specialist Registrar training program.
* Relevant NHS experience as a Stroke Consultant.
