Quantum Scholars are excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Buckinghamshire that is seeking a motivated and experienced MFL Teacher (French and Spanish) to join their team immediately.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Modern Foreign Languages lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring a love for French and Spanish while supporting their academic progress. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment committed to professional development and student success.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Expertise in teaching French and Spanish at secondary level
* Enhanced DBS check (must be valid and up to date)
* Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities
* Available to start as soon as possible
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have a Right to Work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish, tailored to meet curriculum objectives and student needs
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm for languages
* Collaborate with department colleagues and contribute to extracurricular activities such as language clubs or trips
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance
* Adhere to school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety procedures
