We are looking to expand our management team to incorporate an operations & staff development manager to enhance our team. The role will involve:
1. Overseeing and tracking all supervisions, PDPs, observations and probation reviews.
2. Support our service leader team in their roles
3. Managing spot checks, audits
4. Motivate and lead our team
5. Oversee training schedules and content
6. Manage inductions & shadows
7. Maintain and review policies & procedures
8. Work closely with our HR team
9. Recruitment
10. Liaise with our Board of Trustees
11. Absence management
12. Maintain tracker for KPI's and development for staff team
