Job Responsibilities: 1.Payments and File Format Expertise oDeep understanding of payment processing workflows, especially H2H and SWIFT. oHands-on experience with legacy formats (IDOC, EDIFACT) as well as ISO 20022 and GFF. oAbility to interpret and translate complex file specifications and payment instructions. 2.Technical Analysis and Mapping oStrong analytical skills for field-by-field mapping between client files and internal standard formats. oExperience creating and maintaining detailed mapping requirement documents and data dictionaries. oFamiliarity with structured and hybrid address fields, and compliance requirements (e.g., CBPR+). 3.Stakeholder Management oAbility to collaborate effectively with Product, Technology, and Implementation/Migration teams. oExperience gathering requirements from clients and translating them into actionable technical specifications. 4.Problem Solving and Adaptability oResourcefulness in working with obsolete or poorly documented formats. oAbility to troubleshoot and resolve mapping or data translation issues. 5.Documentation and Communication oStrong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder updates. oExperience preparing business and technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: 58 Years or more relevant business & technical analysis experience in Payments. Graduate in any Computer Science stream. Proven capability of applying project management methodology to execute deliverables for complex and strategic implementations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to map and document progress of complex workflows. Technical experience with transmissions, ERPs (technical roles) and file formats. Knowledge and experience with IDOC, EDIFACT, ISO 20022 and EDI message formats.
