Job Summary
About the role
The postholder will be responsible to project manage the planning, delivery, and execution of multiple capital estates projects through the complete project lifecycle to specified levels of time, budget and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and construction management, with a strong focus on collaboration with key stakeholders, and work across all Southern Hospice Group sites.
Key duties / experience:
* Professionally accountable for estates capital project construction and implementation of projects within the financial period 2025/26.
* Oversee a range of delegated projects from £5K to £250k from inception to completion, including project management, design, contract tender, site supervision and commissioning across the group locations.
* Defining project scopes and identifying/mitigating project risks to enable successful project delivery.
* Significant experience managing multiple small to medium-scale construction projects.
